Pine Orchard, along the coast of southern Connecticut, is a distinctive waterfront community in Branford. It was a popular summer resort destination with its beauty, and shore breezes. The Sheldon House provided guests with lodging and upscale dining. The Pine Orchard Club, founded in1900, is still the center of social and recreational activities. This disk contains scans of 110 postcards of Pine Orchard from the early 1900s.
