This is the story and memories of the owner of the Hitchcock summer house at Pawson Park in Indian Neck, Branford. The Hitchcock family were the founders of the Atlantic Wire Co. and the book relays what life was like at the shore in the early to mid-1900s, the days of the shoreline as a summer resort. While a family story, there is much to glean about life in Branford, church, the Montowese House, and other remembrances.
