The Honorary Member Award was established in 1999 to honor members of the Society for their outstanding contribution and dedication to the historical preservation of the town of Branford, including members who have contributed their time and talent to promote Branford’s history. This award is given at the Annual Meeting in May, but it is not given every year, rather only when someone is nominated and deemed to be a worthy recipient.
