AT THIS YEAR’S 2023 ANNUAL MEETING, ALL CURRENT MEMBERS WILL VOTE ON PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE BY-LAWS.

In preparation for this vote, please review the Proposed 2023 Amended By-Laws.
We will vote on the Adoption of these By-Laws at the 2023 Annual Meeting/Dinner.

There will also be a copy of each of these three documents at the Annual Meeting on a side table for you to glance at if you are not able to review them ahead of time, but please don’t count on having enough time to adequately read through them there.
