AT THIS YEAR’S 2019 ANNUAL MEETING, ALL CURRENT MEMBERS WILL VOTE ON PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE BY-LAWS.

In preparation for this vote, please review the Proposed 2019 Amended By-Laws.
We will vote on the Adoption of these By-Laws at the 2019 Annual Meeting/Dinner. 

Attached Below, are copies of:
  – The Overview of Proposed Changes to the By-Laws
  – The Proposed 2019 By-Laws
  – The 2006 and 2010 By-Laws (from which the current proposal was adapted)

There will also be a copy of each of these three documents at the Annual Meeting on a side table for you to glance at if you are not able to review them ahead of time, but please don’t count on having enough time to adequately read through them there.

ANNUAL MEETING VOTE:
– We will Review the Overview of Changes to the By-Laws
– Then we will Vote to Adopt the 2019 Amended By-Laws
